By using 87Origins.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on 87origins.com
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with 87Origins through RHIM STUDIOS LIMITED (RC1265697) (“87Origins”, “us ” or “we”), at the 87Origins website, mobile website or via telephone (jointly referred to as “87origins.com”).
In order to shop on 87origins.com, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. You must also have a residential address in Nigeria to place an order. We currently do not ship to locations outside Nigeria.
The 87Origins website only offers products that we have in stock and that are published on www.87orgins.com. Not all products displayed on the website are available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or cancel the dispatch of any product based on availability or quality control.
We may modify the contents of this Terms and Conditions from time to time. The Terms and Conditions that apply to your order will be those on 87origins.com at the time you placed your order. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions then please immediately stop using the website.
PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
The prices displayed on 87origins.com include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated at the checkout. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for this order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. Sometimes alternative arrangements may be necessary, in which case our Customer Service representatives will contact you to settle the refund.
87Origins will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. We always endeavour to deliver your order to a residential address, post office or pick-up location. Please note, we only ship to home or office addresses. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside of Lagos State at this present time.
87Origins will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Delivery normally takes about 2 – 4 working days Monday – Friday from the day your order was placed. Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout. You will receive a confirmation with your expected delivery details by email address.
If your order doesn’t arrive by the scheduled date, please contact our Customer Service team.
- We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER/CANCELLATIONS
- Please take your time whilst checking out via our website as once your order has been placed, we cannot edit, change or cancel. We thank you for your understanding. Please reach out to email@example.com for further assistance.
- This policy applies to all purchases made online at 87origins.com & int.87origins.com.
- Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock 87Origins, as we operate as separate entities.
- Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or exchange excluding delivery charges.
- Items that have been purchased on mark down are eligible for a refund or exchange excluding delivery charges.
- Items that have been purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible for an exchange or online credit only.
- For all products marked with FINAL SALE, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy, unless your item is deemed faulty. All items purchased from the 87Origins Sample Sale/Final sale promotion are final sale.
- Should they have the item available, you are able to process an exchange with us. Alternatively, we invite you to send your item back for a credit note so you are able to place a new order.
- All items purchased using the 10% off 87FIRST are eligible for a refund online credit.
- Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are non-refundable.
87Origins guarantees either a full refund excluding the delivery charge or to replace any items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order). All we ask is for you to treat the product and its packaging with care - please return items undamaged and unused, with all 87Origins labels and tags intact. This means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on).
For hygienic reasons underwear, swimwear or pierced jewellery can only be returned if unworn and the protective packaging is unbroken (faulty goods can of course be returned)
All our parcels contain a pre-printed return form for you to use if you decide to return any items. When we have approved your returned item, the return cost will be deducted from your refund. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. All items returned should include the completed returns form with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. For faulty items 87Origins will make a full refund to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the items.
Please send your package with a recorded delivery service you trust. You are liable for damage to the garments until we receive them, so in case of a dispute, we recommend that you ensure the delivery method you have chosen is safe.
DISCOUNT CODE & OFFERS
- All discount codes can be applied at check out. The first time purchase discount code (87FIRST - 10% off) applies to only full priced products and cannot be used to RECEIVE a further discount off products currently on sale or already on offer. Offer is limited to one use per customer.
Credit card or debit card
You can enter your payment details at the time that you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will be immediately reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods have been dispatched. 87Origins reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, It’s credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
87Origins is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the 87Origins website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
Handmade Products Disclaimer:
We use locally sourced leathers FOR OUR BAGS & LEATHER ACCESSORIES, these leatherS will have visible natural blemishes.
All our leather products are handmade by local artisans, one piece at a time. and may have MINOR MANUFACTURING flaws due to the local production.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and composition of our products that appear on 87Origins.com. If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the PRODUCTS, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.
If there are faults or defects on the items that you have purchased from the 87Origins website, we abide by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by using the provided pre-printed return form.
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights on the 87Origins website remain with RHIM STUDIOS LIMITED and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the 87Origins website or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of 87Origins
